The courier done at bangalore on 03-10-18 still not yet received. Client number - not at all answering Very very poor response, throws the parcel like a ball, no proper knowledge on the courier status tracking, always server down, very poor hospitality. I don't know how st courier has given franchise without validating. Very bad experience. Really i feel the worst service in ST courier. No one is delivered the order even it shown the out of delivery for 5 days. Even they are not reaching the mobile number itself. If I track the number and reach the particular office, simply hiding the issues. Courier person forgot to taking the product. This kind of reason is not acceptable. Please take immediate action to deliver the service on time.
