St Courier — complaint regarding opened parcel

My consignment number [protected] where i ordered 2 nos. of sarees weighing 1.50 kgs but received the parcel opened with single piece saree weighing 700 grams only . [protected] for inquiring there was no response so i visited the address personally and asked him to show the consignment receipt from his office records to verify the weight but he said that the receipt was already sent to vellore . so i asked him to get it from whatsapp but he didn't answer my phone call after that.
