St Courier — Consignment failure

We have booked one consignment through your services, But we haven't received the consignment yet,

The delivery person ask to come and collect 6KM before and saying as service is not available, I asked while booking checked and accepted by ST courier now pls do deliver in specified address,

He said not possible i will take care like that, Now he has taken care well and return the consignment without my knowledge and written the reason party refused,

I think the person dont have any responsibility to fulfill the customer needs as well the organization goal,

I would like to get back my parcel, I haven't refused pls do support for the same.
