St Courier — Consignment not delivered shows delivered online

Consignment booked at ariyalur on 2nd dec 2020 and not received till 8th dec - 250 kms. 6 days later also.

The worst part is - if checked online it shows already delivered on 7th dec 2020.

No one at udumalpet hub has a responsible answer for getting my consignment.

Can some one help me

now when we try to log a complaint in stcourier site it goes to a chinese website when complaint is submitted.
