St Courier — consignment not yet delivered

I have sent the cover to kanyakumari from chennai chrompet on 14th oct 2019. Still my consignment not yet delivered to the recipient. Multiple time i have visit chennai office also spoke to delivery branch in charge and customer care and the delivery boy aswell. No proper response and worst service.

Very important document i lost for these irresponsible company. Pls help
