St Courier — courier missing

[protected], courier sent from eluru, ap to jayanagar, bangalore. As per below screenshot its delivered. But its not delivered and after so much follow up for 20days they said its delivered and send deliver challan attached. But its not delivered and they confirmed parcel laying in office. They send it back.in that i have send my mobile and mobile they theft. I am asking hr mr. Raja was talking to me and agreed for claim. A have send bill copy also. They confirmed that till now i have not got settlement. St courier no - [protected]
