St Courier — Courier not giving at my address

I have ordered through online (Native special) they sent shipment tracking no ([protected]) today from natrampalli courier office they called me and asked to collect the courier which is far away 9kms from my address and telling they dont have delivery point to our area, so l have to collect from them.
Please collect the orders where you have delevery facilities
