St Courier — Courier person was rude and refuse to deliver

Today I received a call from st courier delivery person (Karthik). He came without mask and he asked me to sign but I asked him sign himself due to covid situation and most of them doing contact less delivery.. I asked him to wear mask first and refused to sign then he pulled the parcel from my hand and told that he will mark it as customer refused to receive and went away. What a rude behavior from a
st courier deliveryy person when we just asked him follow the covid precautions. I cannot become covid positive for just to receive courier. Area of deliver : sai Krupa Nagar, janapanchatram koot road. Name sowmiyaa sundharam. [protected]
