St Courier — delay delivery

I have send one courier from chennai to kanchipuram on 02-nov but delivered on today 13-nov.
Very urgent purpose i have chosen the sd courier but lot of phone calls and chasing day by day. Every time told the in expected answers from your side.
One question to sd courier, why people choose the courier?
These kind of issues are persist in sd courier. How people trust by sd courier?

Very worst service and delivery.

My courier AWB No is [protected]..My courier Booked on[protected]..But Now In transit..This is poor courier services.Amount Was paid 180 rupees and fuel charges..Your services is waste..Already one time same delivery...but till Not delivery..only transit
