St Courier — delay in delivering courier

Dear team,

I had sent a courier from chennai to andaman on[protected] through st courier but still it is not delivered still (Now date is[protected]. I was talking with both offices in chennai and also in andaman but the only response which i receive from both of them is "we will check to it". This is the worst courier service i have ever seen. My courier number is [protected]. Please take necessary action to deliver it atleast within today.
