I have order a indoor ac unit with United Aircon, Reddiyarpalayam, Puducherry. They have couriered the item on 26 April 2022 from Puducherry to Gokula Krishna College of Engineering, Sullurupeta, Nellore 524121. Today is 4 May 2022 and I have not received the parcel till date. I have called the following number [protected] (ST Courier Official Help Desk) on 30/04/2022 at 10:48 a.m. and 04/05/2022 at 11.45 a.m. During my first enquiry, they told that the parcel is in transit and are enquiring the same. During my second enquiry, the are not able to give a satisfactory explanation and there were no assurance on the expected date of delivery of the parcel. My Vendor told me that I will receive the parcel within 48 hours as per ST Courier Office delivery norms for a parcel from Puducherry to Sullurupeta. Nearly 8 days is over and I have not received my delivery. The cost of courier charged was Rs.1, 140/- and cost of the item is Rs.12, 200/- Was this information helpful? |
