St Courier — Delay on delivering a Courier

I have sent a courier on 7th April 2022 and still it has not been delivered. I have selected the mode of transport as Air Mode, it's been almost 2 weeks now the courier is not delivered yet.

When I spoke to your executive, the person as told me that the courier has been shipped via surface mode. Seriously your is so disgusting, I have couriered medicines via Air Mode and there is no proper service to delivery the courier.

How come you people are so irresponsible delivering the medicins. You people don't no the seriousness of those medicines. Do you know how important it is?

As per log, I could see that the major delay has happened in Delhi. I want to know the proper reason on the delay and why have you people changed the Mode of transport to Surface? And you have not informed me changing the mode as well.

I have attached the slip which was given to me at the time of courier.
