Our dealer booked a courier (medicine parcel) on Saturday. As sunday was holiday i called the namakkal office on Monday morning and when asked about the parcel, no correct answer was given. I waited till monday night. No response yet. When called on Tuesday morning, the delivery person contacted me and said that he will deliver at 3pm. the time passed and when asked, again he postponed to 4 pm and it repeated. Then he asked me to contact one mobile number which he gave and it was later found that it was franchise owner's. He came up with rain reason and diwali time reason and so he couldn't deliver at time. I came to know that the delivery person was prioritised to complete medical hospital/college and collector office deliveries through him only. Why they are giving priority to those while we wait for days & hours for proper delivery. If so much of works is pending from their side why they are hesitating to deploy man power..
Finally i went to their office and picked up on Tuesday night.
My courier was medicine parcel and it should be cold stored. Literally my parcel was late and the franchise manager didnt understand our situation and was lethargy.
My parcel went waste as it took 3 whole days(2 whole working days) and the reason was ST courier, Namakkal.
I will strongly suggest all my dealers to change from ST courier to other delivery partners by saying this example due to worst service. Was this information helpful? |
