St Courier — Delivery compliant

Address:2/2/64 Seekady St, Seevanallur

They mentioned that my product is out for delivery...but I have not received it yet...so called them they said that they need two more days to deliver my product...theire branch and my delivery address are around 5km... Does it takes 2 days to give my product?
