St Courier — Delivery guy asking us to come to hub to pick up

The attached courier came to our destination and delivery guy is asking us to come and pick up the courier. Unfortunately I was not available in the home and my mother alone in the home .
The delivery guy is saying that he is not responsible for the delivery and we have to go to the hub and collect the parcel.

Is that any procedure available in the ST courier ?

Please make necessary action and make the parcel deliverable as soon as possible to my home.
