St Courier — Delivery person was not delivering the product to door step and he misbehaved

Im at Bangalore, JP nagar, I got my courier by ST courier but I was not satisfied with that delivery person's behaviour... I got twice but he is not giving door step deliver to my address. He stand down n he calls me only to come down n get ur persal.. If I asked also he s not talking properly he s talking like rubbish ... So please resolve my issue..
