St Courier — Didn't receive call from the courier guy but see the courier has been forwarded to hub

Am supposed to receive my courier with AWB [protected], but i didnt receive any call but received a message that courier been revised to hub no proper response in calling the mobile specified or landline. kindly request to send the courier soon.
