Out o[censored]tmost frustration writing this. Never ever seen such a pathetic courier service. My parcel AWB [protected] was supposed to get delivered yesterday but it has not and now it's going taken back to Chengalpattu. I've been trying to reach the numbers specified on the website where 3 numbers are switched off and the other 2 numbers are incorrect. What kind of a customer service is being rendered here.
If the numbers are switched off and is no longer for use why is it being updated on the system. Do customers look like fools ??

When you'll have any doubt in the address we are giving customer contact number to call and verify even that is not being done.
I even tried to cal the landline number[protected] even then no response. As such already the parcel is showing as undelivered- will ST courier take the responsibility for paying me the value of the parcel ??
