St Courier — ir responding delivery man

Dear sir i have one parcel booked from tirupur on 08/07/2019 the consignment number is [protected]. The delivry boy is not responding to delivry to me.. He said iwll return the parcel to tirupur itself by saying the door is locked, but there is no insedend like that door locked, the man is so rough to me & return the parcel... Is this st coureir behaving?
