St Courier — Irresponsible delivery service and irresponsible delivery boy

I booked a parcel 13.7.2022.from Madurai. But I didn't received the parcel till now, so I phoned your courier service and they gave me the delivery boy's number, . Then I phoned that delivery boy's number and asked about this but he answered me Irresponsibly. He said "I don't and I can't deliver your parcel to your delivery point, if you want the parcel you may buy it from the particular place (he mentioned). So please take action immediately to that delivery boy and that branch too, if you don't take any action, you will loose a lot of costomers like me. I need my parcel too...
