Complaint marked as Resolved I called St courier customer care and they gave me some other no. for Smartpick related complaints. I called on 18/12/2020 and that lady was on sick leave. Then on 21/12/2020 the no. was always busy. Finally, at around 4pm she picked up my call and listened to my complaint. After that she said she will talk to courier delivery person and ill get the Smartpick box delivered in next 2 days. Finally, on 22/12/2020 the box was delivered properly to me.
