[Resolved] St Courier — My courier shows delivered to anonymous person when tracked online

AWB - [protected] I was expecting a courier of Smartpick box which was ordered on[protected]. After waiting for 25 days I checked the status and found that the courier has been already delivered in tracking status. The product was delivered on[protected] but we have not received it yet. When I called the no. to which the product was handed over, he says that he has not received it and the name is wrong. There was a fake signature added on it. I'm really disappointed with your service and don't understand what is going on. Kindly look into the matter at the earliest and let me know. Dec 25, 2020 Complaint marked as Resolved I called St courier customer care and they gave me some other no. for Smartpick related complaints. I called on 18/12/2020 and that lady was on sick leave. Then on 21/12/2020 the no. was always busy. Finally, at around 4pm she picked up my call and listened to my complaint. After that she said she will talk to courier delivery person and ill get the Smartpick box delivered in next 2 days. Finally, on 22/12/2020 the box was delivered properly to me.
