St Courier — My parcel handovered to me opened and repacked condition

Sir,
We used ur service past 5 years. Presently I am totally disappointed because of missing of my items. My track number [protected] today I received my parcel with brown parcel tape unusual condition. I checked my items their is a missing of half kg pakkoda.. and some snacks are ate by your service people's. I am totally disappointed by your service. File my complaint and I need answer and clarification regarding my complaint as soon as possible. And tell me other way of complaint procedure if any. I feel totally insecure because of this missing item. I won't use ur st courier in future if my complaint not answered. I attached photos o[censored]n opened and opened pic.. tasted lattu box, and their is a missing of 1/2 kg snack pakkoda.
