I have sent a courier on 9th nov to lonavala in pune. It has neither reached the person nor returned to me. Whenever i ask the courier person, he says it will be delivered tomorrow. Its been more than 2 weeks and no proper response from st courier. Is this the customer service you are providing to your customers? I am the branch manager of kalayarkoil branch of state bank of india. I know how best customer service will take you to the top. You people dont know that i have sent an important document in that parcel. What assurance can you give me that its safe? The person to whom i sent courier will leave the address (Pune) tomorrow. How are you going to compensate the loss incurred to me both mentally and financially? If needed, i am ready to raise a complaint through our state bank head office on your st courier.
Note : my branch is having tie up with st courier and daily we are receiving and sending courier through your st courier at kalayarkoil. Your worst customer service makes me to stop this tie up. Kindly take immediate action on this. Was this information helpful? |
