St Courier — Non delivery of articles

ST courier of Tenkasi asked through cell on 31.12.2020 that article reached at Tenkasi you may collect the article otherwise the same may be given to you after three. I told I didn't come as Iam out of station. On 01.01.2020 at about 11.00 am I went to Tenkasi courier office which is located Tenkasi ICICI bank opposite and I asked the article and they are not found the article. So you take action against them and intimate to me. This is not a good habits.
