St Courier — Non delivery of Medicine

Sir, I booked medicine from NETMEDS from my registered mobile [protected] from Vellore. I clearly mentioned my residential address in Vellore. Unfortunately, my cell was not working. I saw my medicines (COVID19 rescue) had been reached in Vellore on 10.11.2020 itself. I called 3 times the concerned delivery boy and requested to deliver the medicines. He told that he tried to contact me on yesterday. I told that my address had been mentioned clearly and my cell phone was out of order. He told that it would be delivered today. I tried to contact the Vellore branch ST courier office. They put me in call conference to the same delivery boy. He told that the work load is heavy due to Deepavali.
