I feel very ashamed to write this. I was called by your staff (mob num- [protected]) on 21st April that the parcel can't be delivered on the exact address and enquired me about delivering in the nearby shop which is one km ahead .Since my mom and children are alone, won't be able to go and get it .I told him that I will let him know in two days if I can arrange someone. Later on 26th April I called your staff and explained the situation, he agreed to deliver me on the exact address within 2days(that is before 28th April). I waited for four days and no result. Today when I called him, he acted as if knew nothing and asked me to wait for one minute so that he'll check something. I very well knew that your staff's one minute is equal to 2hours .I patiently waited for 3hours and called back he did not attend. When I called from another number he attended and when I told the name he cancelled the call. I was very much embarrassed by this. I[censored] can't deliver to the exact address why are you accepting the parcel. Delivery charges are paid as per your annexures. Can you point out any mistake on my side. It's been 13 long days and I'm not sure how much more days I have to wait for the delivery. For your information the delivery distance from sivakasi to rajapalayam is just 30kms but taking 13+ days, still no hope on it. Kindly I request you to look into the issue and resolve it.
