St Courier — not delivered, but showing as delivered

This courier was used by our client to send us a very important document. They booked it on 24th and was expected to be delivered on 25th being the same city. Today when we looked for the status, it is shown as delivered!!!

The most irritating thing is, as i write this email we have spoken to the customer care, who gave us a contact by the name balaji to speak. When we called balaji he gave another number. When we called the new number, she gave another number to call and speak. What on earth is this!!!

I had sent a very important document through courier to be delivered in Coonoor from Coimbatore it has not been delivered yet. When we called to the source office they promised to come back to me by a day. The destination office guys said we have delivered it in wrong place we shall track and deliver but after that they are not picking our calls.

Even when we personally visited the office the response was very lethargic and arrogant in Coonoor requesting to help in this matter failing which I would be forced to take legal action.
