St Courier — Not delivered the product in service pincode location

I am from mamallapuram my pin code is 603104, My delivery location is as same.
ST courier delivery person called me to collect the courier from his location he spoke rude, what is the meaning if your service, can You say is this the right way to courier service

Very worst experience with ST courier
