St Courier — Package not delivered even after 4 days

Package was booked on 29th June 2022 to Hyderabad. But not delivered till today (3rd July 2022).

Consignment number: [protected].

We paid Rs 75/- as charges and it is for faster delivery. If you are not delivering even after 4days, what is the purpose of the higher charges. We could have sent it thru normal post which would have deliivered now.

Kindly look into the matter and give the resolution and compensation for the delay.
