St Courier — parcel delivery

My friend has sent a parcel from Chennai to Bhimavaram. The parcel is routed throught vijayawada. I called the contact number of ST courier and they say the address is not in the service area of bhimavaram.

I called the vijayawada office and they said the packet is sent to Bhimavaram and gave a contact number there. I called the contact persona and he tells there is no parcel he recieved. The not give any address where to pick up the parccel as well. The service number simply disconnects my call and does not respond.
