St Courier — Parcel missing/No Updates

Hi Team,
BYOS shop at Peelmaedu had sent me a consignment on 24 Jun 2021 (AWB no-[protected]) from Coimbatore to Kochi. It has been 5 days as of today(29-June2021) and I have not received the parcel yet. Also, there is no update on the status website tracking section. I tried to contact both Coimbatore and Kochi office multiple times. From Coimbatore office- They says it has been dispatched on Jun 24 and Kochi Office has to update the status in the site.While calling Kochi office, they says it has not reached Kochi and to enquire with Coimbatore Office. Both offices are not giving me an accurate update on the current location of the consignment. Coimbatore office who claimed to be the head of Coimbatore office shouted at me in the call and said that he will give me the full amount value of the consignment item. I experienced unprofessional and unethical behaviour from all the contacts that I called at your end as your staff is shouting at your customers when they are enquiring about a missing parcel for the past 5 days. We have lost complete trust in ST courier.
I also logged a complaint with your customer care (Complaint No-TNCJB16135). But immediately I got a message that the complaint is in resolved status. But I didn't get the parcel yet/either information about its current location. I called again to know how it was solved. The Associate did not give us an exact resolution and hung up. How can you update the ticket status to resolved while it is not resolved yet?
I need to know the below things at the earliest or I will be forced to take necessary legal actions.1)When will I get my consignment. ?Already it has been 5 days(Coimbatore -Kochi)2)Why there is no status update while tracking my AWB No?3)Current location of my consignment?4)Is my consignment missing?3)I need to reopen my Complaint Ticket.
