St Courier — parcel not delivered - worst service

The parcel was not delivered to my address as expected. When tried to track the parcel found that it was left in the hub and was taken out for delivery. When checked with the hub agent, there was no proper response from the. A female agent was very rude and unprofessional. Asked us to collect from the hub... Its an emergency parcel that i was supposed to be delivered by yesterday (9-oct-17) still i haven't received it. We were promised that the parcel would be received b tomorrow morning. Kindly to the needful asap.
