St Courier — parcel not yet delivered, because of your irresponsible service i lost my business.

Parcel registered to deliver before 4 days still it is not delivered to the receiver hand. My question is "is that service done by bullock cart..??" even if i went by walk could delivered by the same day. Will u pay the loss of my business..?? Don't give false commitment, worst ever service. Don't even have any response to maintain the sincerity. Worst service.
