St Courier — Product not delivered to us even after mentioned it os emergency

I strongly disagree/dissatisfied with the way you work and respond to the customer on product delivery. the worst ever courier service experience from this immatured pudukkotai ST courier team.

A medicine parcel has been sent to pudukkotai st courier office on 30th June 2021 to deliver it to Mr. Kalaiselvan, (7, ashok nagar extension, pudukkottai). Even today it is not delivered, the parcel consist of medicine which is used on daily basis. If we miss to take that medicine it will lead to serious condition to health,

We have informed the contact person Kiran samy[protected]name as in true caller), on how it is important to us and the level of seriousness. Such an irresponsible person he is, not responding for the follow up calls. Not even understanding our situation.
