St Courier — product not received but shows delivered

Hi

Am waiting for my parcel from st courier.. When i check online it shows delivered but parcel not reached till to date. Very poor response from courier customer care.. Mettupalayam courier office person says parcel not reached mettupalayam..
Chennai customer care is poor no response

I need my parcel please sort out this issu

Consignment no [protected]. Couried 2 saree's on 11 /1/2017. Yet the saree's r not delivered to gobichetipalayam .called several times to at courier [protected].tat guy s not responding.pls revert me what happen to my courier.
