St Courier — Regarding certificate not delivered

respected sir/madam, the courier sent me dated 17, july, 14 and courier number:[protected], on ST courier.still i didnot get my courier and also registered complaint (ai101886) on same company, and complained on hr department, but they donot consider and very lethargic of my complaint.i kindly request you to help me and get my certificate.
