Hi, I order a customer direct order from herbalife with tracking number ST-[protected]. This consignment was not delivered for three days and want the customer to come and collect from the center. She cant able to collect it for some personal situation. The delivery boy call my customer and spoke unethical and bad words for not collecting the courier and refuse to deliver it and threatening of returning it. My customer take one day leave and go and collect the article from the collection center. Nowadays you refuse to deliver in many areas as well now started threatening customers to returning while not collected from your collection centers. All the recording of call of the delivery boy, how many days you hold the product with you, are documented. If necessary actions were not taken by you and also the taken actions were not informed to us. The case will surely be taken up with consumer court as well as local police station. The problems were reported to Herbalife and requested to choose some other delivery partners to avoid this kind of purposeful delay and unwanted mental agony for customers.
