I was sent a courier from Madurai, Tamil Nadu, to Rotterdam, The Netherlands on 29th of August. The courier was then sent to the origin hub at Chennai, Tamil Nadu which was later shipped on 1 st of September with consignment number [protected]. The courier has reached the destination and I was not intimated about the delivery since the email id mentioned in the credentials belonged to the courier team, and I was unaware about its delibvery attempt. Later when I was informed from India that 3 delivery attempts have been made, I tried to contact the origin hub regarding the chaos happened, and I did not recieve proper response from them. I even texted the officials from India of the aforementioned courier team for the Infoticket number which was sent to the mail id ( a ticket number needed to reschedule the delivery in Europe), but the team ignored my queries and was constantly diverting me to contact different people in the team.
