St Courier — Regarding parcel missing

My friend booked one parcel from Chennai, Thuraipakkam branch on 29/01/2023 to coimbatore. But still now didn't get my parcel. I just called coimbatore head office to know about status of parcel they told that still your parcel didn't get booked and updated, so they asked to call Chennai head office. I called to chennai head office they told your didn't receive to head office. From booked branch of (thuraipakkam) to chennai head office still parcel didnt went. Please kindly update as soon as possible. I want know my parcel it's in safe or not and current location. I want my parcel on before Monday.This is the Consignment number [protected].
