St Courier — Regarding rude and misbehavior of franchise

I haven't seen a irresponsible and worst behaviour of any courier services yet like Coimbatore ST courier franchise
While I'm asking about my medicine parcel they are talking rudely and unprofessional literally made me irritaed .we have paid amount to get the parcel delivered to our doorstep on time .if we want to come and collect means why we need to send it via courier we can use anyother transport method to collect the parcel.

" while I asked that why should I need to come and collect the courier from office while it need to be delivered the person is shouting that did u gave money to me why you're asking these things with me and hangup "

I need a proper apologize and need my parcel get delivered properly otherwise I'm going to file a case against this humiliation in consumer court I'm having the conversation record and everything with me to submit.
