My consignment has not been delivered, is the last status was on 04.04.19 at out of delivery at the mumbai hub branch, i had an experience in my last consignment was delivered within 3 days, fortunately this time took more time? What are the reasons?

As i have send courier yday from to trichy today i called nd ask dey saying its holded n madurai i called and ask madurai dey said nthg in parcel. Bt tuticorin office saying v sent its very important parcek fr me i need today i need today very important tis much careless courier service nd customer service
