St Courier — The courier was booked on 30/06/2022 but still not reached[protected]

Im running laptop service shop in kanyakumari . i ordered spares from chennai through ST courier . The AWB no: [protected] . the courier was booked on 30/06/2022 . But still not reached on 05/07/202022 and my ordered was cancelled due to late courier so i had a loss of rs 1500.
