Hai i am manoj from udumalpet.. I an running my own business to make or resell handmade gifts in udumalpet, regularly i sent my products in st courier till the date i have sent more than 100 products ... In February i sent my handmade gift to customer in kayathar through ST PRIORITY By giving charge 300 as per their terms & conditions if any products were damaged in st priority section the compansation will be provided by them it was rule .. Wait another problem they also damaged my another handmade product which was sent in april as same as st priority to hosur The response and answers from Kovilpatti, Hosur, Avinashi hub are very poor and they aren't respond properly I sent email to them and letter to head office and phone call to customer care no reply and response from there They are illtreated me as harsh words and unmentioned formalities it will gave me metal depression and time waste and product waste and etc After that i contact st priority section there is only one madam take steps and respond properly it was close but she want me to register complaint in customer care service by calling they are told me we don't take complaints ... Then where should i complaint i already comes through udumalpet branch and avinashi hub and Kovilpatti & hosur they also told me "we don't take complaints"... i was very angry and broken Because it was 4 months i affected by improper and worst service of st courier lot of calls, messages and emails they aren't ready to solve my problem I was lose exactly 9500 and approximately more than that so pls take this as serious otherwise i am ready to go consumer court ...
