St Courier — worst delivery services. not delivering in the committed date and not giving proper reply

Booked a courier on 3rd october 2018 in chennai. It supposed to reach on 5th oct to delhi. I ensured many times about the delivery date before booking, they assured. But didn't reach.
Today is 6th. Still not reached. If they said this earlier i could send on some other courier options.
