I am an Indian citizen currently studying in Bosnia.
On 12 April 2025, I deposited ₹49, 500 via PhonePe UPI (UTR:[protected] to my Stake.com account (ID: Subhashh21). The amount was debited from my bank but was never credited to my Stake wallet.
I submitted multiple proofs, filled Stake’s forms, and contacted support repeatedly. Instead of refunding me, Stake banned my Gold VIP account using “self-exclusion” right after I requested a refund.
I wagered over $100, 000 (~₹85 lakh) in one month as a Gold VIP member.
I have now:
• Filed a ₹2 crore legal compensation notice
• Complained to Curaçao eGaming Authority
• Filed UPI fraud complaint with CSB Bank & PhonePe
• Raised the issue on TrustPilot, Reddit, and public forums
This is unethical behavior, financial harassment, and abuse of Indian VIP customers.
I demand:
• Refund of ₹49, 500
