I withdrew ₹16, 480 from my Stake.com account (username: poonam645) using UPI. It's been more than 24 hours, and the money hasn’t reached my UPI account. There is no customer support, email, or working Telegram bot. I’ve also posted on their Twitter page and replies, but no response.
This is extremely urgent, as this was my last amount.
Please take action and help me get my money back.

I am an Indian citizen currently studying in Bosnia.
On 12 April 2025, I deposited ₹49, 500 via PhonePe UPI (UTR:[protected] to my Stake.com account (ID: Subhashh21). The amount was debited from my bank but was never credited to my Stake wallet.
I submitted multiple proofs, filled Stake’s forms, and contacted support repeatedly. Instead of refunding me, Stake banned my Gold VIP account using “self-exclusion”...
