Stallion Honda — Regarding Problem in Tyre

Hi I have a Honda Amaze UP 32 GT 6074 which was send to stalion Honda after it met with an accident Last Year all claims were setteled they replaced Driving seat tyre i paid Half amount of tyre now that tyre is again creating problem (Bubbles are coming out)when i went to Stalion honda the guy who prepares job sheat told that there is no claim for tyre untill it gets torn so i just want to confirm that for taking claim for my tyre i have to do accident of my vehicle putting my life in trouble. Then i had words with GM of work shop he took tyre from me & said he will send it for survey now at least 10 days have passed still the survey is going on no one is there to answer.is this is the service of Honda I will never purchase a car from Honda nor would suggest any one to do.
