Stanza Living — Refund not received

I had moved in on 24th September 2022.
I had to move out on 17/10/22 due to very unfortunate reason.
I had paid the whole process fee on 3rd of August 2022. No due as well.

The Sales Person had assured Stanza promises to refund the complete deposit after 6 months of move out.
I have repeatedly called and mailed them. No response.
