I have stayed in St Petersberg stanza living Bangalore for 2 months. Even though the agreement period is 3 months stanza living agreed for the stay of 2 months and promised to return the security deposit.
I left stanza living property on 31st may 2023 and till now I didn’t receive my security deposit from stanza, I have mailed my complaint to stanza operation team many times and contacted them regarding this issue, no proper response has been given from their side, I have paid all my dues on time, I request stanza Living team to address this issue and resolve it as soon as possible.

Is there any sex discrimination for payment of monthly rent????
One is paying 11, 300 per month and another has been demanded for 14, 000 plus annual maintenance charges and many other charges.

Refund issue Mendoza House
I have been staying at Stanza Living Mendoza House, Hyderabad from December 12 2022 to May 5 2023. They had already taken the security deposit for the stay. It has been more than one month that i have left the property, but I still have not received the security deposit amount. I have mailed them continuously for the issue, they just create a ticket out of the issue and resolve it in a one day without actually refunding the amount. There is no contact number which they provide for customer support, you only have to mail to them, worst service ever. My customer id is 22MENBA159.

I had moved in on 24th September 2022.
I had to move out on 17/10/22 due to very unfortunate reason.
I had paid the whole process fee on 3rd of August 2022. No due as well.
The Sales Person had assured Stanza promises to refund the complete deposit after 6 months of move out.
I have repeatedly called and mailed them. No response....

I was residing in Stanza Living Rostock Mathikere from july 2022 to feb 2023. During the time of checking out i was told that my refund would be initiated to me within 15 days after 45 days also when i tried to talk to them they abused me and threaten me and told me that they wont initiate the refund and still not agreeing to it.

Lack of basic necessacities

The fan in the room broke and fell down 10 days back . It has been broken since then and can't be used . Even after multiple complaints and calls there has been no action taken .
It is very hard to stay in bangalore without a fan when the temperature is 36°Celsius.
Fan is a basic necessity and I am being deprived of it .
I have not been able to sleep for numerous nights due to the extreme temperature and discomfort . Please look into it .

I stayed for 8 months from 15th-08-2022 to 4th-april-2023. When i joined they said the lock in period will be of 3 months. And i signed the contract which clearly mentioned that lock in period is 3 months. Now when i exited the house they are saying lock in period is 12 months and they are not refunding the security deposit amount Rs. 8908.
Even i mailed regarding this they initially said issue is resolved now saying lock in period...

I'm currently living in Stanza Living Compton House, Vinobha Nagar, Bengaluru.
I had a package delivered to Stanza Living Compton House a few days back. At the time of the delivery, I was in my office. So, as usual, the security guy collected my package. When I returned from the office in the evening, my package was torn open, and the contents inside were stolen.
The security guy casually says that it must've happened when he was using the restroom and that he had assigned another staff person to look over while he wasn't there. When I asked that other staff person, he said he had seen a guy(another resident) opening the package and asked his name. The guy responded with my name. Obviously, it's written on the package clearly, so he must've read it.
I've informed the incharge over here. He said he'd find out the culprit from the CCTV footage. He promised that he'd either find out or get me a refund.
It has been a few days since this happened. The staff person that saw the culprit has resigned from here. He was the only person who saw the culprit. Now the incharge isn't even picking up my calls.
The package contained a 2TB HDD from Seagate. I needed that hard drive for my work. Now I can neither continue my work nor buy a new one because I didn't get either a refund or did the staff find the culprit. They are not even concerned about my issue in the lightest!
There is no customer care number anywhere, not even on their website. They only provide numbers to their marketing staff and not the customer support numbers. I doubt if there even is customer care for stanza living.
Please help me resolve my issue.

I sent my token amount of ₹6000 to block a bed in a triple sharing room in the property Conway House(Chennai). But due to an emergency, I couldn't move to their property. I want my token amount to be refunded, since it's clearly mentioned on their website that the token amount is entirely refundable. Now that I have been asking them for my refund, they aren't properly responding to me. I have called the property manager, the sales guy and the support team. I have sent multiple emails to the support team. I still have not gotten a proper response. From what I have seen on here, so many people are going through the same issue with Stanza Living. I don't understand what kind of robbery this is. Please help me get my refund back.

I had booked a twin sharing room by giving a token amount of rs 6000 but to my surprise when I went to the property the room allocated was a triple sharing room. I was told by property in-charge no twin sharing are available. And due to hybrid mode of work I from the very beginning didn't wanted triple sharing room. The same should had been mentioned at the time of booking. The stanza Chennai team is not picking my calls anymore. Request a refund as it's a mistake at companies end along with a clarification.

Serious Pumbling Problem Since 5 Months
Our balcony has the water leakage problem that comes from direct connection of Others washroom. We have complaint to the warden and superiors for repairing the pipeline and they kept ignoring us or keep telling that it will be repaired in next week Everytime.Due to this water leakage, our whole room stinks and we have been suffering through this from last 5 months. They don't even clean the balcony where this leakage is happening and no proper staff interaction is done during this problem.

Poor customer service during the stay

The plot adjacent to grand hill is occupied by labour/construction workers, who burn fuel that fills the flat with smoke. I was assured by Sandeep that I will be shifted to another unit (3 months ago) as and when there's availability but he booked the recently vacated flat (House num 202) to new tenants ignoring all shifting initiation requests from my end.
The construction workers create havoc in the early morning and late evening. There's a lot of noise which disturbs my studies.
The flat was in a dirty condition and no professional cleaning was done at the time of check in. I had complained of a foul smell and found a dead rat in the bedroom during diwali cleaning. After numerous requests, Sandeep did not arrange any cleaning pre/post that incident.
I asked for an additional key to the main door since I had only 1. Sandeep (Stanza's point of contact) instead of providing an extra, asked me to get a duplicate key made by any local key maker. This makes me question the safety of the main door locks at stanza. I feel unsafe thinking about this.
I had asked Sandeep to help me contact the grievances department of stanza, or someone from the management team, so as to directly report these inconveniences. But he claims that he’s the only point of contact for stanza grand hill. This prolonged my communication with the management and escalated the matter.

I was in stanza quezon for almost 3 months but after 3 months i left stanza because it's food was constantly making me sick for almost 2 weeks i left stanza without any notice and after a few weeks i started getting calls that i have to pay for the upcoming month and during that time I told them about my issue regarding the food THEY COMPLETELY IGNORED IT and cared about only one thing was their money. Pathetic service - No water since 4 days

Stanza living is one of the worst places to live in. They charge a whooping 27017 for a month per room and provides zero service. It has been 4 days now that we do not have water and they just don't seem to bother. When a complaint is done, their sales person says that his job is to get the tenants onboarded and get the commission, rest all they don't care.
Stanza living is running a fraud business in the name of luxury PG. They force residents to quit so that they can onboard a new one and the sales person can make his commission.

I had booked a room for PG in Stanza living Q city Hyderabad. I had payed 6000rs as per booking for the room, but before moving to Hyderabad i got information that i no longer have to be in Hyderabad so i asked they for my refund. But they said the booking amount is non refundable.
I mailed the support team for the refund. But they also said the same in email that this amount can't be refunded.
But in there website it is clearly mentioned that i[censored] have payed some amount and but have changed your mind and dont want to stay then your payed amount will be refunded.
When i said the same they said like booking amount is different and visiting amount is different.
But while booking the room there was no information given like this that both the amount is different and your money can't be refunded.

Caution Deposit Refund
I had vacated the stanza living residence in May month in Kochi, Laramie House. I was told that the security deposit will be refunded when I vacate but I don't get my deposit back. When I dropped a mail to @stanzaliving.freshdesk.com, they are not responding to the mail. I lost 9372rs.Please help me
