STAR CJ Alive - Maharaja Juicer Mixer — never buy their products

I had purchased Maharaja Juicer Mixer grinder from Star CJ.

Bill No.[protected] dated 20.07.2013.

So many times i had submitted the complaints to Star CJ over phone.

Please refer the below mentioned correspondence mails with Maharaja & Star CJ.

Service Request number is MUM[protected]

almost six months has been completed to buy maharaja product.
Product warranty is only for one year.
I have faced the problem from day one.
and I had submitted the first complaint on dated 27.08.2013.
and till now, I have total 12 times correspondence with you.
but still my problem is not resolve.

How can be resolved the my problem? Please let me know your procedure.

In this, one Jar (Grinder) is not fit on the body of the machine.

When we are start the motor, cutter of the jar is not running.



As I understand that, this jar is not of this model.
